This Privacy Policy explains how Miracle Field LLC ("Miracle Field," "we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information when you visit AHALIVE.com (the "Site").
The Site does not require you to create an account, purchase anything, or submit personal information. The only information we collect is gathered automatically through analytics and similar technologies, as described below.
1. Information We Collect
The Site is built on Framer and uses Framer Analytics, which is cookieless. It counts visitors by hashing IP address and browser information with a key that rotates daily, and reports aggregate data such as pages viewed, time on page, referring pages, links clicked, country, and device type. Our hosting provider also receives your IP address in order to serve the Site.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising or retargeting pixels. When you play a video, our video provider (Mux) receives certain information as described below, in no-tracking mode. We do not collect financial information, government ID numbers, or precise geolocation through the Site.
2. How We Use It
We use this information to understand how visitors use the Site, improve its performance and content, and address technical issues. We use it in aggregate to understand our audience and inform our marketing. We do not use it to serve targeted advertising to you.
3. Cookies and Consent
The Site itself does not set cookies, and Framer Analytics operates without cookies or local storage. Mux, our video streaming provider, also operates in no-tracking mode and does not set cookies. This Site does not use any non-essential cookies.
For EU/UK visitors: because the Site does not use non-essential cookies, no cookie consent banner is required. You can still control cookies through your browser settings if you wish.
4. Video Hosting (Mux)
Some videos on the Site are streamed through Mux, Inc. in no-tracking mode. To deliver a video, Mux receives your IP address and basic browser and device information necessary to serve the file, and does not use cookies or collect playback analytics in this configuration. Mux processes this data on our behalf in the United States under its own Privacy Policy (mux.com/privacy).
5. Ticketing and Presale Partners
Tickets and packages are sold by third-party partners, including Ticketmaster and Vibee. Presale registration is hosted by Seated. When you click a ticket or presale link you leave our Site; those partners collect and process your information under their own privacy policies. Information you provide to them is governed by their policies, not this one.
6. How We Share It
We share information with Framer, our website and analytics provider, and Mux, Inc., our video streaming provider, both of which process it on our behalf. Ticketmaster, Vibee, and Seated collect information directly from you on their own sites, not through ours. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets involving Miracle Field LLC.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. Data Retention
We retain information collected through Framer Analytics for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, consistent with Framer's retention settings. Mux retains server logs in accordance with its own retention policies.
8. Your Privacy Rights
EU/UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis is our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Site through cookieless analytics and video delivery.
California (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and use, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, no opt-out link is provided.
Do Not Track: We do not respond to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control browser signals, as we do not track visitors across other websites or sell or share personal information.
Other U.S. states: You may have similar rights under your state's privacy law. Contact us to exercise them.
9. International Data Transfers
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws differ from those in your jurisdiction. Framer and Mux process data in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers of EU/UK personal data.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
